Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team, Havas Media Network è attualmente alla ricerca di uno STAGE - Billing Operations Assistant.
Le attività riguarderanno lo svolgimento delle seguenti mansioni:
* Emissione e registrazione delle fatture;
* Controllo dei piani media e della rispondenza con l’attività di fatturazione;
* Supporto al team Budget Control nella Gestione amministrativa dei clienti e nei rapporti all'interno dell'agenzia con i reparti coinvolti;
* Supporto al Billing Operations Manager nella gestione dei rapporti con i concessionari.
Requisiti essenziali:
· Conoscenza dei principi contabili;
· Attenzione ai dettagli, precisione e puntualità;
· Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese;
· Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
· Buona conoscenza di Excel.
Sede di lavoro: Milano
Orario di lavoro: full-time
Previsto rimborso spese.
