We are now looking for a Field Service Technician for our business in Italy.
In Packaging and Hygiene Solution, our application expertise, latest technologies for data-driven process management, digital services and a complete chemistry portfolio help our customers enhance their sustainability, process efficiency, productivity and end-product quality.
In this role you will be responsible for :
* Install, service, and upgrade equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
* Perform scheduled maintenance and lab analysis at the customers, to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably and to ensure the performance of our products.
* Maintain accurate service records so that the performance of equipment and of our products can be monitored.
What you’ll bring to the team :
* Typically diploma, preferably in Paper Technology or Chemistry
* Deep knowledge about the technical aspects of the paper making process and working experience in the paper industry
* Ability to communicate in English within the business environment
* Willingness to travel
