About us: About the role: In your capacity as the Lead of User Acquisition, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and converting subscribers. While building and managing an in-house team may be part of your responsibilities, your primary focus will be on leveraging your broad experience with various traffic sources to maximize user acquisition and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - ROI Maximization: - Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS) across all channels - Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency - Data Analysis and Insights: - Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics - Collaborate closely with the data team to leverage Tableau reports and other data tools - Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and tactical decisions - Campaign Structure and Optimization: - Design and implement optimal campaign structures across various platforms - Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies - Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities - Multi-Channel Management: - Oversee and optimize user acquisition efforts across Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms - Allocate budget effectively across channels based on performance and potential - Stay updated on platform changes and new features, adjusting strategies accordingly - Strategy Development: - Collaborate with leadership to establish clear acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgets - Develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives - Continuously adapt strategies based on performance data and market trends - Creative Collaboration: - Work closely with creative producers to develop high-performing ad creatives - Provide data-driven feedback to improve creative performance across channels - Ensure alignment between acquisition strategies and creative output - Market Research: - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in user acquisition - Identify and evaluate new traffic sources and acquisition methods - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Partner with the data team to leverage insights and improve decision-making - Collaborate with creative producers to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals - Work with other teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure cohesive user acquisition efforts Qualifications: - Experience: - Minimum 5 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products - Proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization - Platform Expertise: - Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook Ads - Strong experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms - Experience driving leads through Meta is required; experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) is a plus - Analytical Skills: - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques - Advanced skills in performance measurement and optimization - Ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions - Strategic Thinking: - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizations - Strategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approach - Capable of developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies - Project Management: - Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously - Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment - Communication and Collaboration: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Creative content writing ability - Capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment while maintaining focus on performance goals - Personal Attributes: - Results-oriented with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic digital landscape Location: Benefits: Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team!
