Carosello''**: - **Carugate.** **Your Mission** As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store’s success by ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and embodying Antony Morato’s values. **Key Responsibilities** **Customer Experience**:welcome, engage, and build lasting relationships with clients, placing them at the center of the experience. **Sales focus**:support the achievement of sales targets, actively contributing to store performance with a results-oriented approach. **Operational Support**:assist with daily store operations, including stock management, product replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. **Team work**: collaborate closely with the Store Manager and the team to ensure a dynamic, high-performing environment. **What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion, premium, or entry-to-luxury menswear.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage and retain clients.
- A proactive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
