Our client is a Multinational company with a remarkable presence worldwide and a fast growing business.
In order to expand the structure, we are looking for an R&D Controller .
Primary Function
The Candidate will be part of the Finance Team, playing a key role as R&D Controller. She/He will be in charge of the following activities:
* Manage the controlling of R&D programs in accordance with internal regulations.
* Analyse the execution performance and propose action plans to improve the programs controlling as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.
* Ensure the monthly closure of R&D activities, follow up the alignment forecast/actual versus budget, and lead the recovery plan in accordance with the R&D Manager.
* Oversee the respect of the Delegation of Authority.
* Manage interco-invoicing, funding reconciliation, royalties.
* Preparation of unit cost before year end and forecasting of the same before reporting of hours and other spending.
Requirements
* Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering.
* Proficiency in all MS Office Applications. Excellent Excel knowledge is essential.
* Previous experience in a multinational Company with a similar role or in an audit Company.
* English at an advanced level (B2).
* Good knowledge of IFRS.
* SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus.
Salary package: euro 45.000/50.000
