Overview Location: Ferrara, FE, IT, 44122 Req ID: 83457 Facility: Ferrara-535 Department: HR Europe R&D Division: People and Culture Basic Function The HR Advisor has responsibility for the HR partnership role to support the Site Business Units. This position will support local leaderships focusing on various Human Resources areas such as employee retention, talent acquisition, staffing, performance management, succession planning, onboarding programs and employer branding. Interfaces for administration matters and with Works Councils. Implement general HR policies and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities Provide one point of contact for HR support to assist in the achievement of clients business goals and objectives providing advisement with internal client leadership at all levels. Make the analysis on all the HR KPIs to the purpose of develop of retention initiatives in partnership with HRBP and client groups (turnover statistics, absenteeism, overtime, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor to management ensuring the establishment of sound management practices, aligned with HR policy procedure and practices, and consistent decision making processes across the lines of business. Plan and coordinate internal and external recruitment process, from the decision of job posting, panel interview organization, reporting of interviews feedback, summary consolidation, till the ownership of job offer process. Organize and implement internal moves and set up new positions employment agreements. Co-Partner with leaders in the development and implementation of organizational structure changes including identifying impact and assisting in the communication as needed. Support the processes of staff planning, talent management and succession planning. Responsible for the Data Quality of the administration in MyConnection / SAP and administration of personnel files. Prepare and compile HR data for reports and statistics. Provide counsel to client leaders in order to proactively anticipate and address complex HR issues impacting the business such as aging, interdepartmental mobility, work-life balance, fit to job, retirement. Partner with the business unit to identify opportunities for staff development and assist managers on creating development plans. Assure that all HR corporate directive procedures and practices are implemented and maintained within the area of responsibility Participate in project teams in client organization, providing guidance and support as appropriate. Support the HR Business Partner in all annual HR processes e.g. : Continuous Performance Management, Competence Management, Alignment Sessions, STI, merit planning, etc Implementation and administration of disciplinary actions and individual performance improvement plans. Management and follow-up of unfits for job, including dealing with the Occupational Health services, Company Doctor and coordinating with the relevant manager. Participation in HR projects on local, national or international level, e.g. employee engagement, recognition tools, etc. Support the HR Manager in managing the local Wo.Co. relations Support HR budgeting preparation and forecasting process. Support Headcount budgeting process. Support the preparation of documentation and evidences for labor disputes. Manage investigation interviewing and reporting processes in case of event of Compliance allegations. Support the negotiation collective agreement : profit, sharing scheme, variable income, performance and conduct operation stated by the guideline of the national union collective agreement. Min. Qualifications Education Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics or Law and Human Resources Management or Occupational Psychology Work Experience Solid HR fundamentals and broad-based experience in HR, including employee relations and knowledge and understanding of Italian Labor Laws. Minimum of 3-5 years’ (or 4 years’) experience in Human Resources. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Languages / Skills Italian and fluent English Proficiency working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Digital savvy Preferred Skills Ability to work with all levels of employees from front line employees to senior management.
