Your responsibilities will include : /pulliLeading and coordinating cross-functional project teams. /liliOrganizing and conducting meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. /liliReviewing contracts and supply agreements to extract and manage special requirements. /liliCreating and updating PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). /liliWriting and maintaining operating instructions and procedures. /liliParticipating in production problem-solving initiatives. /liliActing as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates. /liliAnalyzing production efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement. /liliEnsuring project timelines and deliverables are met using tools like Gantt charts and Microsoft Project. /li /ulpbWhat We’re Looking For : /b /pulliProven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment. /liliStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /liliExcellent communication and mediation abilities. /liliFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). /liliProficiency with Microsoft Project and Gantt chart planning. /liliSkilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, root cause analysis). /li /ulpA good command of English is essential for this role.
