Talent Acquisition Intern
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the HR team by providing cross-functional operational and analytical assistance throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will be involved in managing candidate data flows, ensuring reporting accuracy and process standardization, while contributing to the optimization of talent acquisition strategies. This internship offers the opportunity to develop key skills in recruitment operations, gain exposure to various HR activities, and contribute to the overall HR ecosystem of a global organization.
Main responsibilities:
* CV scouting, screening and contact candidates by phone and you will be the point of contact for all the candidates in pipeline.
* Support both in the HR interviews and in the assessment centres.
* Support in the creation of administrative documents and in all the HR related reports.
* Posting adverts on our database and job boards, source applicants through online channels.
* Plan and execute preliminary interviews.
* Follow up with candidates and with hiring leaders.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for HR and operational support needs from different HR teams, ensuring alignment and standardization across the team.
* Support on interns’ population (function specific) on ad hoc support, carrer planning, performance, recruitment, activation, interviews together with managers.
Main requirements:
* Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Interest in HR processes
