We are looking for a
Content & Editorial Specialist
to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Team, reporting to the Editorial Coordinator.
Such talent supports the development and execution of editorial content across all key touchpoints (Retail and Digital), ensuring consistency in tone of voice and alignment with brand messaging.The role has a strong focus on copywriting, while also contributing to content adaptation, production, and cross-channel coordination.
In particular, you will:
Develop and adapt copy for integrated campaigns across Retail and Digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging (Italian and English)
Support the definition of editorial messaging and storytelling in line with brand strategy
Adapt campaign assets into multiple formats and touchpoints (e.g. in-store materials, PDPs, digital platforms), ensuring coherence across all channels
Contribute to the effective rollout of campaigns, coordinating with internal stakeholders to guarantee alignment and timely execution
Refine and tailor content for in-store communication, ensuring consistency between campaign messaging and retail execution
Support the development and alignment of VM materials and guidelines when required
Manage content workflows across departments, ensuring efficiency and clarity in processes
Oversee translations and content versioning, maintaining accuracy and consistency across markets
Perform quality checks on all content outputs to ensure high standards and brand alignment
Coordinate with external partners (e.g. freelancers, agencies) when needed, ensuring consistency in execution
What you will need to succeed
2–4 years of experience in Copywriting, Editorial, or Content roles
(Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors preferred)
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Italian and English
Solid understanding of omnichannel content ecosystems (Retail & Digital)
Strong attention to detail, with an organized and execution-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
Creative mindset with a proactive attitude
