Manager, Technical Training Information - Harvesting, Planters and Crop Protection Reporting to the Manager, Global Aftersales Training Information & Content Development, as part of the Global Aftersales Training function within Customer Support; the role assumes operational execution for all elements associated to, but not limited to the following areas: Product scope: Global; Harvesting products (GOLD & GREEN), Planters and Crop Protection machines What You Will Do: - Lead a team of content instructional designers to ensure on-time delivery of Training content for all NPI's within the product scope; and maintaining current product training materials. - Creation of engaging training content that fulfils the defined curriculum requirements, aligned with a Global Curriculum design and authored to standardised outputs which supports a blend of delivery formats (globally) OLT, VILT, elearning, 3D animations, AR/VR., etc - Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of internal Train-the-Trainer (TTT) activities that enables market readiness of the internal Customer support organization for support of new products and/or technologies. - Active engagement with stakeholders from the Product Support groups, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, to ensure capture of all relevant information required for NPI releases, relevant to a technical training delivery. - Definition, authoring and release of global technical training materials for all Harvesting, Planters and Crop protection products - Create Training content according to the definition of the global curricula, authoring standards and the requirements of the market based delivery method (most appropriate) - Ensure training content is validated and released through a managed process and language translations required for global markets are completed - Ensure content is maintained throughout its lifecycle - Plan, coordinate and deliver internal Train-the-Trainer (TTT) in a timeframe which aligns to the AMPIP process - Manage the development, content and execution of Approved training program as part of TTT for distributors Whta You Will Bring - Experience of managing a team - Experience in technical training - Very good technical ability in mechanic, hydraulic and electronic - Good level of IT awareness - English has to be spoken and written Who You Are - Good communication skills with ease to talk to an audience - Available and able to travel worlwide AGCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural engineering with a portfolio of exciting international brands which deliver solutions to farmers in 140 countries through a full line offer from tractors and combine harvesters to protein production systems and smart farming software solutions - to an environment where the future is happening now.
