May write equipment maintenance procedures. /li liPerforms equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance. /li liTroubleshoots and diagnoses difficult and infrequent equipment problems. /li liProcures replacement tools and parts for manufacturing operations as needed. /li liAssists with in-house design and fabrication of equipment; may obtain quotes, install new equipment and train colleagues on proper use. /li liIncorporates and ensures safety observances are met, including use of all PPE by colleagues, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits, etc. /li liSets day-to-day operational objectives for the team and ensures that company policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed. /li liPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liTypically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4-8 years of relevant experience. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liPossesses a technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, instrumentation, and computer systems. /li liPossesses experience assembling and disassembling equipment. /li liDemonstrates ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems. /li liDemonstrates excellent project management and planning skills. /li liDemonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team. /li liDisplays excellent leadership skills. /li /ul pAt bGreif /b, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success.
