The successful candidate should possess thought leadership, technical and business acumen, credibility and rapport. The Solution Engineer must leverage technical and/or sales skills, solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate solutions, and demonstrate business value.Responsibilities Evangelise AI‐powered Azienda riservata Field Service value to customers, including C‐level executives and IT, and field teams.Assess business requirements, deliver findings including key pain points, proposed solutions, and ROI where applicable.Develop a technical sales strategy and communicate confidence in using AI within cloud‐based applications.Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to each customer's business.Support/lead technical POCs and hands‐on workshops.Propose solution architecture, including common call‐centre infrastructure integration, back‐office system integration, and workflow process definition.Work well in a matrix organization with AE field sales, SE service executives, activation resources, and implementation partners.Execute enablement activities such as webinars, best practices, knowledge share, etc. Skills Required Deep functional understanding of field service/workforce management operations and processes.Curiosity and energy – ability to understand the customer's true pain points.Excellent presentation skills with strong client‐facing and consulting skills.Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.Ability to multi‐task, work in a demanding team environment, and craft solution
