Ph3Overview /h3 pThe Cyber Security Expert role is a key contributor to securing the company landscape at global level, being entitled to understanding the entire systems architecture and supporting it functioning securely. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and an understanding of the Cyber Security challenges within a large-scale manufacturing environment, including the protection of Industrial Systems/Operational Technology. The role is instrumental in developing, supporting the implementation and monitoring Cyber Security measures across the organization, working closely with the business, and ensuring Cyber Security compliance with external regulations and internal policies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively support the execution of the Cyber Security Strategy, supporting the leading of the projects/initiatives at global level and ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and quality /li liDesign and implement robust Cyber Security solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust architecture, identity and access management) /li liEvaluate and recommend new Cyber Security technologies and solutions to enhance the defense posture at global level /li liCollaborate with the Operational Technology (OT) teams to secure plant floor networks, industrial protocols, and critical production assets /li liEnsure the regular execution of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on infrastructure, applications, network components, etc., including OT /li liEnsure compliance with international Cyber Security regulations and industry-specific standards, relevant for the Cyber Security in the manufacturing sector /li liManage the definition and update of the Cyber Security internal regulations (e.g., policies and procedures) /li liSupport the Cyber Security incident management coordination to ensure a rapid and effective response /li liOversee the Security Operation Center activities /li liSupport the development of the Cyber Security culture within the organization, promoting Cyber Security training and awareness programs /li liGenerally speaking, act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to IT, OT, development and business teams on Cyber Security best practices /li /ul h3Job Profile — Qualifications / Knowledge /h3 ul liBachelor/Master degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering /li liMinimum of 8 years of experience in IT and preferably in a dedicated Cyber Security role, ideally in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company /li liDeep knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and practices (e.g., identity management, vulnerability management) and experience with Cyber Security solutions (e.g., IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR) /li liFamiliarity with cloud security principles and best practices /li liExperience or at least strong foundational knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) Security, including standards like ISA/IEC 62443, and securing SCADA/DCS environments /li liFamiliarity with common Cyber Security frameworks (e.g., NIST) /li liPreferred Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 /li liCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) /li liGlobal Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) /li /ul h3Soft Skills, Capabilities, Competencies /h3 ul liStrong sense of commitment /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liExcellent adaptability and teamwork /li liReliability /li liDetermination and orientation to the result /li liFlexibility, curiosity and willingness to work effectively in a challenging, dynamic, global and multi-cultural environment /li liAbility to easily understand the business /li liProblem solving /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liExcellent organizational skills /li liFluent in English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
