What You’ll Do:
* Lead the development and execution of maintenance sales strategies.
* Support sales teams with tools, insights, and customer value propositions.
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape competitive offerings.
* Manage local service portfolios, pricing, and product launches.
* Collaborate with global teams to align and enhance KONE’s service approach.
* Oversee and support Service Public Bids, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
* Act as Executive Sponsor for key strategic customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales, business development, or performance management in B2B environments.
* Strong commercial mindset and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; degree in a commercial or technical field.
* Background in elevator, construction, or technical services is a plus.
* Experience with public procurement processes and managing executive-level customer relationships is highly valued.
