Sales professionals seeking a challenging role will be interested in this opportunity.

* Negotiate with established customers and identify new business opportunities in Italy, working closely with management to achieve sales objectives.
* Act as a key account manager for international clients, providing tailored solutions and support.
* Develop and present offers and quotes to existing and prospective customers, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.

Main activities include:

* Designing sales strategies for various products, tailoring them to customer needs and preferences.
* Gathering essential information for contract preparation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Collaborating with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers, driving business growth.
* Identifying new business opportunities, particularly in replacing Polyamide compounds, and negotiating favorable terms.
* Managing customer rates, issuing sample requests, and building long-term relationships through rapport development.
* Ensuring proper contract application, sales volume control, and risk management for assigned customers.
* Fostering communication between customers and management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance teams.
* Providing assistance to the technical and sales teams in testing, complaints, or disputes resolution.
* Reporting on individual sales activities, customer situations, and sample progress to management and during sales meetings.

Your profile should demonstrate:

* Effective use of sales and negotiation techniques, showcasing knowledge and skills.
* Detailed understanding of company technical capabilities and product advantages.
* Knowledge of the plastics industry, plastics processing, especially injection moulding, with a proven track record of successful account management.
* Analytical mindset, enabling adaptation to changing market conditions.
* Strong decision-making skills, identifying and mitigating potential problems with customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating internal and external communication at different levels and departments.
* Effective time management and priority setting, with a self-propelled attitude.
* Able to utilize MS Office and ERP systems efficiently.
* Fluency in both Italian and English languages.
