For the last 20 years, we have been providing interior design services to individuals and companies throughout Europe. Founded in 2004 in Sofia, some of our signature projects include a restaurant in Mayfair, apartments in central London, houses in Essex, an apartment in Paris, a mansion in Moscow, a nightclub in Berlin, a large beauty salon in Ghent, an 80-foot sailboat being built in Istanbul, as well as the design of three Bombardier private jets.
To craft unique and individual concepts for each project and offer a full scope of design services, we employ over 30 architects, interior designers, and project managers.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury interior design projects for our distinguished clientele. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on extraordinary projects - from high-end residences and exclusive hospitality spaces to luxury yachts and private jets - while being part of a team that values Italian design excellence and craftsmanship.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of luxury interior design experience
* Degree from leading Italian design institutions (Politecnico di Milano, IED, NABA, or equivalent prestigious programs)
* Exceptional portfolio showcasing high-end residential, hospitality, or specialty projects (yachts, jets, luxury retail)
* Advanced proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and European craftsmanship
* Excellent client presentation and communication skills
* Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
* Proven ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead concept development for luxury interior projects from initial brief to completion
* Create innovative design solutions that reflect Italian design sophistication
* Develop detailed design documentation and specifications
* Collaborate with international craftsmen and luxury suppliers
Project Management:
* Manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and specialty consultants where needed
* Ensure projects meet IDEA International's quality standards and timelines
Client Relations:
* Present design concepts to discerning international clients
* Build lasting relationships with luxury clientele
* Adapt designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity
* Provide expert guidance on luxury materials and finishes
* Work seamlessly with our Sofia-based team through digital collaboration tools
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
* Participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes
