Our Italian team is now looking for Freelance Relocation Consultants for the region of Mantova and surroundings.Your MissionIn this role, you will provide relocation support to expatriates, employed by global companies, to settle in smoothly by facilitating all aspects of settling-in and familiarisation with local areas and surroundings.What you will doOrganise and accompany newcomers on orientation tours to help them settle in smoothly in the local areaAssist the transferee with their home search and arrange and accompany them on property viewing appointmentsSupport the transferee with property’s move-in and utilities connectionSupport and inform the transferee on school selection and accompany them during school visitsSupport our in-house teams to deliver immigration & local registrations related activitiesAccompany expatriates and their dependents to meetings with the Italian authorities to complete their immigration proceduresDeliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfactionWhat you will bring to the roleFreelance status with current VAT registrationLive in Mantova or surrounding area and have a deep knowledge of the local area and customsA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer-oriented positionIdeally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industryFluent in Italian and very good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher). Other languages are a plusProactive approach, positive attitude, cultural awareness and ability to make decisions independentlyProblem solving skills and empathic approachExcellent time management skills, with an ability to plan and manage workload under pressureExperience in the use of MS-Office and your own PCValid Drivers’ License and carWhat we offerA position that offers flexibility and autonomy.
