The Security Coordinator will safeguard Coesia's people and assets, mitigate physical risks, work with Business Units to manage security risks, and provide regional security teams with standards, processes, and guidance to ensure consistent implementation of security programs. The role also serves as the focal point for enterprise-wide security and resilience and may participate in security investigations as needed.Responsibilities:Coordinate all Physical and Access Control activities within the designated region.Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and supervise amendments and revisions.Develop and disseminate security reports to management, employees, and subcontractors.Participate in and potentially lead internal and external audits on behalf of the Global Physical Security Manager.Engage in pre-bid meetings with procurement, verify security requirements are specified to vendors, and review contractors’ documentation.Review quality inspections, personnel qualifications, and training requirements for contracted security providers.Prepare security plans, Standard Operating Procedures, and other guidelines in line with corporate and local laws.Implement strategies for monitoring, reporting, and responding to security incidents.Maintain threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments for all business activities.Manage incident response processes.What You Need to Be SuccessfulMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Army Units, or Private Security.High school diploma or higher education (bachelor’s/master’s degree preferred) in international affairs, political science, law, or related fields.Experience in emergency handling, global intelligence, or physical security.Proven ability to write reports and implement policies.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations, including emergencies.Willingness to travel internationally.
