As a leading high-tech company with four locations across Europe, we have been supplying customers in the home appliance, kitchen, and medical technology sectors with high-quality decorative parts, individual components, and products made from stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic for over 50 years. We are currently looking for a new team member to join our site in Egna (BZ) for the role of Junior Controller. Our goal: To develop this role into a key Controller position within Gronbach, with the opportunity – in the future – to take on responsibilities in managing the finance department. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the ambition to build a strong and lasting career path with us.
What will you be doing
You will work on a wide range of engaging tasks, with a strong focus on:
* corporate accounting and cost control;
* contribution margin analysis of our products;
* preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements;
* management and development of costing methods and profitability calculations;
* supervision of overhead costs with regular reporting to management;
* operational support to the accounting department, including the use and management of the ERP system.
Your profile and Qualifications
We are seeking someone with approximately 4–5 years of experience in similar roles (management control, cost accounting, etc.), preferably with a degree in Economics or a related field.
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with major ERP systems are essential.
* Fluency in both Italian and German is required.
* Knowledge of English is a plus.
We’re looking for someone dynamic, flexible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of working independently in day-to-day activities.
