Ensure the appropriate support to end-users [by stream]Provide training to end-usersAccountable for process solving issueAccountable for capturing incidents and defects raised by end-user, analyzing the issue, identify workaround and/or transmit to the appropriate support teamAccountable for testing of new functionalities or other upgrades of the solutionAccountable for proposing solution improvement to RBPE teamLeader for data consistency [by stream] and perform survey for coherence of data with key users of other streamsManage the account access [by stream] according to the internal control rulesManage corrective action plan whenever neededAnimate the key indicators - effectiveness metrics & KPI - [by stream]
