Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Production Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Italy - Marcallo con Casone. Together, we work on Payment Cards Personalization processes and technolgies.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
* Configure and manage production jobs on industrial machinery and operational handling of production tasks;
* Maintain and manage troubleshooting of production systems;
* Resolve Technical issue;
* Analyze in-depth system logs;
* Analyze and resolve process-related issues;
* Support for the deployment of new software into production;
* Prepare samples for testing and certifications;
* Interact with application systems in a networked environment;

Essential Qualifications
* Experience in writing SQL queries, particularly for Microsoft SQL Server;
* Basic system administration knowledge in Windows environments and networking;
* Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot production machinery;
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros;
* Good written and spoken english
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking;
* Teamwork and excellent communication skills;
* Precision and attention to detail;
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities;
* Flexibility and adaptability to change;
Bonus Skills
* Previous experience in the payment card personalization sector;
* Basic knowledge of HSM encryption systems (Thales, SafeNet) and applied cryptography;
* Familiarity with EMV specifications in the payment issuing sector;
* IT or industry-specific certifications;
* Knowledge of scripting languages for process automation;
* Basic programming knowledge;
