Operations Support Executive - JP, JP Easy Ship
The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on field support to sellers and audits, stakeholder management within and outside of Amazon, rolling out new processes, and running central control centers. The role requires proficiency in Japanese, a keen understanding of the customer experience, and a high willingness to take ownership. The candidate must have strong skills in identifying patterns and disruptions, scrutinizing details, and foreseeing implications from the data.
This team supports inbound and outbound operations via voice and non‑voice channels. The candidate must be ready to work weekends and in shifts.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of the assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
* Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.
* Train and direct sellers for execution and adherence of norms and practices.
* Devise and deploy SOPs, analyze data, and propose features and processes that improve the Seller experience.
* Willing to work on weekends.
Basic Qualifications
* Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+).
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
