Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager role at Burckhardt Compression (US) Inc.For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive Senior Project Manager.Worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors, looking for a resource with 5-10 years of technical and commercial experience in mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.The position is part of our System Division and will be the main responsible person for executing projects related to the supply of Compressor Systems from order to effective handover for operation to the client.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Sales Engineer to ensure the success of the assigned project or project portion.Manage relationships with customers.Coordinate project teams, assign tasks to PEs and SPEs, ensuring complete project execution, optimizing man-hours, and maintaining quality of deliverables.Define internal reporting procedures with PEs and other functions.Oversee design and functionality of the plant according to specifications.Manage multidisciplinary technical documentation (PIDs, General Arrangements, Foundation drawings, etc.) and delegate tasks based on experience.Apply deep risk management skills, understanding internal and customer needs and drivers.Oversee overall project risk management, quality, time, and cost control, including planning and reporting.Candidate ProfileFluent in spoken and written English.Proficient in SAP.Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering.5-10 years of experience in similar roles and markets, preferably with reciprocating compressors.Strong negotiation skills (both technical and commercial).Desired SkillsAbility to oversee implications beyond project scope and direct accordingly.Experience managing complex projects technically and organizationally.Capability to organize and lead a global project team.Clear leadership qualities.Team-oriented, quality and cost-conscious, highly motivated, and self-driven.Focus on successful project delivery.What We OfferStructured induction process.Flexible and hybrid working conditions.Autonomous activities and tasks.Opportunities for professional development and training.A family-like corporate culture that values diversity.Dynamic, international environment with committed employees.We look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
