We are looking for of a Marketing and Business Data Analyst, whose analytical prowess will illuminate strategic pathways and shape visionary decision-making. Responsibilities - Develop and communicate a strategic vision for leveraging data to drive business objectives and innovation. - Lead the strengthening of a solid data culture based on the understanding of market and customers dynamics. - Analise large set of data with the aim of producing actionable insights; Create analysis and reporting to support Business Units and Regional Markets. - Develop custom data models, algorithms and predictive models to support the identification of business patterns and support business decisions. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics. Drive market research activities (e.g. market sizing, competition, customers segmentation). - Drive continuous improvement in data processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Support the implementation of processes to collect, organize and manage data through DB. - Support the adoption of Business Intelligence tools and CRM. Qualifications - Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science. - At least 2-3 years of work experience. Background in similar positions is a plus. - Fluency in English. - Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables) and good PowerPoint skills. - Knowledge of Python, VBA and/or other programming languages. - Understanding and utilization of CRM tools and Marketing Automation. - Problem solving skills and analytical mindset. - Result-driven attitude, thoroughness, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.
