For the point of sale in Fano, we are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who, in close collaboration with the Store Manager, will be responsible for:
1. Coordinating the management of the store staff, overseeing shift organization and training, monitoring performance, and promoting growth.
2. Organizing and planning all store activities based on priorities, seasonality, and staff availability.
3. Achieving sales targets and working with the Store Manager to develop marketing strategies by analyzing sales data, KPIs, and trends, forecasting revenue, and managing stock.
4. Ensuring customers have the best possible experience in-store, following company values and service guidelines.
5. Maintaining an attractive store environment, with effective product displays and window setups aligned with corporate directives to maximize sales and growth.
6. At least 1 year of experience managing a retail store or 3 years in retail.
7. Being a dynamic, proactive, highly organized individual with excellent multitasking skills and ambition.
8. Experience in team management, development, and leadership.
9. Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on sales data and KPIs, with proficient use of Excel.
10. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience regardless of circumstances.
11. Ability to identify current trends, report results, draw relevant conclusions, and recommend actions to the Store Manager.
12. Experience in organizing, planning, and executing events to attract visitors and generate interest and traffic.
13. Good knowledge of English at B2 level.
14. Previous experience with a premium brand is a plus.
