Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide The Intern will support the Method & Process Integration & Operation Performances team as a Key User Internship Objectves Digital Line Side Board: Key User at Service Italy level: - Work close to the APSYS leaders to digitalize Team Boards at depot and bringing at one place latest information about facility / EHS routines / KPIs - Ensure that those boards are always available at shop floor and instantly updated - Ensure that the boards improve the efficiency of 5 minutes meeting with direct feedback from line side to Control rooms / Offices - Create documentation and train End Users SAP extract data automation: - Understand the context and the potentiality of the functionality - Improve the existing “macro to extract data from GSI” - Identify use cases and add value with the automatism - Create documentation and train End User - Participate or lead other projects and initiatives about digitalization and process improvement._ - Support the M&PI team projects when needed._ Behavioral Skills Required: - Synthesis, empathy, mitigation, resilience in moving environment, pro-activity, sense of Support. - Pro-active to anticipate on Risks & Opportunities - Leadership, Communication skills to behave as a Change Leader.
