We're currently looking for a
Site Quality Engineer
to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary
METKA EGN
.
Your Role Will Encompass
- Supervision of inspection activities, ensuring compliance with the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and collaborating with quality managers to resolve any issues.
- Verification of the correspondence between items, the packing list, and purchase order requirements, including checks on quantities, labels, and associated data.
- Control of necessary documentation such as quality certificates, dimensional inspections, instrument calibration certificates, and welding and non-destructive testing qualifications.
- Issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and inspection notifications to the client/contractor, as well as verification of test reports and checklists released by site engineers.
- Visual inspections of protections, paintings, and coatings, and control of required documentation such as certificates, operator qualifications, and inspection reports.
What You Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Previous working experience within construction sector, preferably renewables
- Strong communication skills
- Italian and English knowledge
- Regular travel to different project sites is required
