Role Description
The Assistant Manager is a dynamic role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results, analyzing business performance, and ensuring high‑quality customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and strive for operational efficiency. Assistant Managers apply expertise in visual merchandising, product knowledge and floor‑set updates to meet commercial objectives. They also lead talent functions—recruiting, training, engagement and development—working with the philosophy of promoting from within.

Key Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role
* English & Italian proficiency, CEFR B2 or higher
* Strong problem‑solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
* Team building and interpersonal communication skills
* Self‑starter with initiative
* Drive to achieve results
* Fashion interest and knowledge
* Ability to multi‑task effectively
