**Main purpose**:
The Golf Shop Sales Assistant carries out operations such as welcoming customers to the shop, monitoring customer activities to help them, arranging window displays accordingly, and processing customer purchasing. You should also be able to identify customers' needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs. Strong commitment to quality and Guest care are a must.
**Reports to**: Golf Manager.
**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs;
- Build and maintain an individual and professional relationships with customers;
- Ensure inside components of golf operations is facilitate;
- Ensure pro shop is stocked of merchandise in a presentable way;
- Ability to explain golf products and services and other information;
- Shop administration;
- Keep the shop area clean and tidy, clean shelves, counters, and tables;
- Arrange the shop window’s display;
- Carry out inventory stock according to management instructions;
- Comply with the financial objectives of the Resort.

**Other requirements**:
- English knowledge equivalent to level B2;
- Maximum flexibility to every shifts coverage;
- Prior golf related experience ideal;
- Previous professional experience in the same position.
