Job Purpose
Managing the EMEA planning of finished products loaded in the commercial sales order in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
* Decide the production site and the week scheduling in EMEA
* Balance commercial demand and production offer of capacity
* Organize a weekly meeting with production managers and set document “assembly lines program” that contain the agreement
* Management of the scheduling tool Compass 10
* Full fill the factories’ agreed capacity
* Send the planned order in Sap to drive all the supply chain
* Definition of confirmed delivery date of the finished product in the sales orders
* Manage update of commercial need in term of replanning data, replace, swap and cancel sales order ( requested by commercial back office )
Expectation
* Professional experience in the role or similar: minimum 2 years
* Management experience: with similar dimensions
* Languages: fluency in Italian and English, (French/Spanish is considered a plus)
* Education: Degree in Management Engineering or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Economics
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks with reliability and precision
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
* Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with different teams and stakeholders
* Resilience and a calm mindset even under pressure
* Strong focus and concentration, especially during complex tasks
* Strong communication abilities, including the confidence to speak clearly and professionally
* Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
* High level of dedication and commitment to quality work
* Experience with Excel
* SAP and Compass 10 experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
