The role includes the validation of materials, the development and prototyping of seats with the specific style. /p pYou will cooperate in different activities, including: /p ul liStarting from the material selected by the Style department, consult the materials database and the historical records of Laboratory activities, extracting the relevant engineering information; /li liif the material is new, define a technical specification to be attached to the request that Purchasing submits for supplier sourcing; /li liOrganize and manage the sampling request with the selected Supplier; /li liOrganize and coordinate with the Materials Laboratory for internal activities and with the Supplier for material qualification; /li liAnalyze the results together with Laboratory personnel to draft the final outcome; /li liTransfer the technical information about the material to the seat Supplier and to the internal departments and discuss its applicability; /li liUpdate the internal materials database. /li /ul h3Required profile /h3 pFor this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in bMaterials Engineering /b or bsimilar /b. You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
