A day in the life of - Deliver general category management reporting to highlight business performance, as well as perform ad hoc analysis to support category initiatives and needs - Identify relationship between coffee market and coffee machine market and develop proposals to drive the commercial strategy - Support Insight Manager in developing analyses and insights that highlight opportunities and identify emerging trends and risks resulting in a deeper understanding of the category - Support Insight Manager in developing sales forecasting process (coffee and machines) - Support Lifecycle team in the promotion management process with focus on campaign setup, sharing of information with all relevant stakeholders, assessment of communication content - Monitor ongoing results of lifecycle campaigns - Deliver post evaluations of lifecycle campaigns to assess their profitability - Ensure information exchange between the marketing department and the organization What will make you successful - Graduated in Marketing, Economics, Statistics - Strongly developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Result and detail-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Circana Unify, GFK and stackline database knowledge is a plus - Sap hana, Knime, Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe campaign knowledge is a plus - Strong learning capability on new business knowledge, business processes, analytics tools/techniques and methods - Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams - Ability to handle multiple priorities - Ability to act independently - Good Excel and Powerpoint skills - Good in English and Italian Who we are, What we Believe in We are Nestlé.
