Primary Responsibilities :
* Supporting the implementation of all guest experience initiatives and strategies.
* Assisting in continuously reviewing and enhancing services to meet guest needs.
* Collaborating on mapping and optimizing the entire guest journey for delightful experiences.
* Contributing to a personalized approach to guest service, helping to accommodate individual preferences.
* Working closely with all departments for seamless communication and cohesive guest satisfaction.
* Supporting the maintenance of the highest standards of quality and presentation for all guest areas and amenities.
* Collaborating on gathering and analyzing guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Assisting in managing resources and budget allocation relevant to guest experience.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Strong interest and desire to gain experience in guest services or a supporting management role within luxury hospitality.
* Familiarity with or eagerness to learn luxury service standards and guest relations.
* Excellent communication skills in English and in Italian - other languages is a plus.
* Ability to work well under pressure, with good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Desire to develop leadership abilities and inspire others to deliver outstanding service.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
