Branch Manager - Trento Branch
The Regional & Branch Management team is seeking a candidate for the role of Branch Manager at the Trento Branch. The team is broadly responsible for enhancing sales performance and managing their respective sales units or areas.
Responsibilities:
* Creating and managing branch business plans
* Maximizing branch revenues, sales, client satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses
* Monitoring and benchmarking sales performance
* Deploying resources to optimize individual and team performance
* Overseeing technical, disciplinary, and competence-based management, including employee qualification and development
* Ensuring branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity
* Managing promotional campaigns and product initiatives
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
* Representing the bank in local community organizations
Sales Responsibilities:
* Ensuring service quality and client satisfaction
* Identifying and maximizing cross-selling opportunities through client profiling
* Managing resources to balance revenue targets and business continuity
* Maintaining knowledge of all banking products
* Overseeing operational logistics
Skills Required:
* Analytical skills: ability to analyze data for cost-saving opportunities and develop strategic solutions
* Organizational skills: managing and tracking large volumes of activities systematically
* Financial and cost management knowledge: expertise in budgeting and cost analysis
* Collaboration and communication: effective skills working with clients and other bank units
