Main Responsibilities:Maximizes market access of products.Contribute to create/adapt value dossier for new products submission.Lead MA field team.Shaping the tender strategy in agreement with global team.Strong member of the cross functional country leadership team, shaping the development of the local strategy.Support National health economic data collection/creationEstablishes relationships with national/local Healthcare Authorities and Scientific Associations (Commission Members, Decision Makers, Key Influencers) relevant for GRT needsEstablish and maintain professional, productive relationships with external stakeholders and policymakers to ensure access and adoption of CSL Vifor products at national and regional level.Prevent, find, and elaborates plans to possibly remove obstacles which could stop, restrict or delay drugs availability for patientsIdentify opportunities to partner with external stakeholders and decision makersProvide internal single point of contact for all national market access aspects with global teams and between business unitsAdhere to internal standard processes and comply with regulatory, pharmacovigilance and compliance requirements.Prompt reporting of adverse reactions and product technical complaints.Develops with the Medical, Marketing Commercial and Regulatory Teams the required docs supporting the admission of CSL Vifor productsMain Tasks:Implements Vifor’s business strategy including innovative pricing/access approaches at the local levelPrepares health economic submissions and conducts strategic health economic assessments to support submissions for new product entry and adoption and for growth and penetration of established productsWorks with regional Market Access teams to take the pulse of external environments and advises on value added opportunities with suggested action plans.Manage Market access field team to ensure their motivation, engagement, preparation and expertise.Coordination of tender monitoring at regional/local level by RAM.Effectively monitors and maps societal, policy developments and stakeholder positions and identifies opportunities and threats for Vifor today and in the future, at the local levelIntegrates HEOR into business plans as a tool for commercial (Sales, Marketing and Patient Access) teams and collaborates with them to develop health economics and cost effectiveness argumentsDevelops a local health authorities network linked to Vifor’s commercial strategy and objectives and maintains relationships with key external stakeholdersEnable and facilitate the exchange of feedbacks on the implementation of national plans, regional and local identifiedCollaborate with colleagues of the management team to identify the initiatives and resources to carry out Market Access key activitiesProvide regular feedback to the GM and the Management Team on Market Access activities and on the main issues to be faced.Provides continuous inputs in terms of business intelligencePrepare reports and support documents to be shared within representing the 'company Knowledge Base in terms of CSL Vifor Market Access in Italy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required in a business or life science related discipline, additional education preferred.3-5 years’ work experience in Market ACCESS roles of Large pharma companies dealing with Stakeholders and Organizations both at Regional ( Key Regions) and National level .Experience in business planning and/or market analysis and knowledge with HEOR modeling and analysis.Experience in leading a team.Knowledge of the national health service systems and regulations.
