You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define strategies, negotiate terms, and oversee supplier performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and validate contract strategies, adapt templates to local conditions, and provide guidance on contractual matters. /li liPrepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial and technical terms, ensuring compliance with HSE, legal, and company standards. /li liMaintain supplier and contract databases, monitor ongoing contracts, manage claims, amendments, and renewals. /li liConduct market studies, pre-qualify bidders, define evaluation criteria, and manage invitations to bid. /li liPerform bid analysis (technical and commercial) and participate in award recommendations. /li liWork closely with DUET and TGP counterparts, attend committees and category boards, and report procurement initiatives. /li liLiaise with CP Methods for planning, statistics, and best practices. /li /ul h3Compliance Governance /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to company rules, HSE standards, and applicable legislation. /li liParticipate in audits and support legal/insurance teams in dispute resolution. /li /ul h3Site Missions /h3 ul liConduct periodic visits to EP affiliate in Basilicata to support contract activities. /li /ul ul liDegree in Management Engineering (preferred) or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years’ experience in contracts and procurement within Oil Gas. /li liStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to multitask. /li liProficiency in SAP and MS Office; knowledge of contract law and procurement processes. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
