Position
Industrialisation & Tools Manager.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate technical and operational processes for the Operations team.
* Perform preventive analysis of installation cycles, optimize them to achieve cost targets, and monitor progress against standard timelines.
* Conduct post‑production analyses to evaluate critical cycles based on “Preventive vs Actual” monthly reviews.
* Standardize work phases, single operations, and methodologies to create common procedures across multiple sites, detailed in method statements.
* Identify tools to improve work efficiency.
* Collaborate with planning and Construction Managers to align schedules, direct labour requirements, and equipment usage to contractual deadlines.
* Allocate labour per site, ensuring compliance with EHS, timetable deadlines, and efficiency and productivity goals.
* Coordinate equipment allocation alongside labour, monitoring physical progress, costs of labour hours, and subcontractor spending.
* Participate in cost‑control actions, including make‑or‑buy decisions.
* Track investment plans for equipment, tooling, and site infrastructure.
Educational Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Good command of English.
