Description In this mission we Must have and maintain a SECRET Clearance This a Part Time position. Upon receiving revenue generating contracts: - Serve as the single point of contact for coordination with the USACISA-P Government Program Management Office. - Act on behalf of Leidos for all USACISA-P contract matters pertaining to daily operation of the contract including but not limited to strategic and budgetary decisions - Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual and performance requirements to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. - Responsible for coordination and oversight of invoices, SOFA actions, security clearances, personnel actions, coordination of USACISA-P related contract modifications and/or acquisitions. - Coordinate day-to-day project activities and client engagement - Manage the contract and projects (with varied complexities) in compliance with customer plans and strategies - Utilize expert communication skills needed to direct technical resources and report on technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents. - Meet a minimum of weekly with Government Contract office Representative (COR) to provide a contract and project status. - Meet monthly with the Government Acquisition Management Specialist to provide a contract and project status update. - Communicate and coordinate resolution of all project-related problems to the appropriate Government lead. - Develop program deliverables; prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews, and brief Government and Leidos management on program status. - Track and maintain daily whereabouts of all personnel to include TDY locations. - Provide as requested business development support to Leidos growth team. - Daily activities include program/project planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting, team organization and coordination, subcontract management, comprehensive risk planning, analysis and management, cost management, change management, conducting meetings, customer coordination, technical and analytical guidance to the team, briefing senior management, taking corrective action when needed, taking proactive steps toward risk mitigation, and assisting senior management team in strategizing across the program enterprise. Basic Qualifications. - Ten (10) or more years of experience managing DoD and IT related O&M support - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in South Korea - BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline - Must have and maintain a SECRET Clearance Preferred Qualifications. - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better.
