The Manufacturing Engineer acts as the primary escalation point for complex production issues and leads structured problem‑solving activities across functions. /p pThe position works in close collaboration with the Molding Engineer, ensuring a clear separation between process/system ownership and mold design/modification. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and deeply understand each production work cell, including injection presses, molds, robots, and auxiliary systems /li liDocument and maintain knowledge of how and why each system is configured and programmed /li liEnsure process stability, repeatability, and compliance with cleanroom and quality standards /li liAct as the main escalation point for technical issues not solvable by shift technicians or maintenance /li liLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis using a structured and data-driven approach /li liOptimize process performance (cycle time, scrap reduction, OEE, efficiency) /li liDefine and maintain standard process parameters and machine settings /li liSupport production during start-ups, changeovers, and critical deviations /li /ul h3Mold-related coordination /h3 ul liIdentify when issues are mold-related vs process-related /li liTrigger mold intervention when required /li liCoordinate mold removal and transfer to toolshop /li liSupport the Molding Engineer in defining required mechanical modifications /li liCollaborate with automation suppliers and equipment vendors for improvements and issue resolution /li liSupport validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process documentation /li liTrain production teams on process standards and troubleshooting basics /li liDrive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering /li li3–6 years of experience in plastic injection molding /li liStrong understanding of injection molding processes and production systems /li liExperience with automation (robots, handling systems, auxiliaries) /li liProven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills /li liAbility to read technical drawings and understand mechanical interventions /li liExperience in cleanroom or regulated environments is a plus /li liStrong communication and cross-functional coordination skills /li liSystem thinking and ownership mindset /li liStructured problem solving /li liHands‑on technical approach /li liAbility to work under pressure in production environments /li liStrong collaboration across teams /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation package including performance-based incentives. /li liThe backing of a bglobal leader /b with the agility of a start-up /li liPossibility to make an impact in our rapidly expanding Mirandola Plant /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
