Learn more at /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a diverse team of JJ Project Managers and Contract Project Managers in the delivery of a portfolio of projects, including product transfers, risk mitigation, supplier qualifications, and portfolio optimization. /li liMature Project execution capabilities through business process ownership. /li liCollaborate closely across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of project objectives. /li liApply advanced project management methodologies (FPX preferred) to guide execution and continuous improvement. /li liAnalyze project data and metrics to drive decision‑making outcomes. /li liInfluence across the organization communicate effectively across all levels. /li liEffectively lead, coach and provide feedback professional development to a team of contracted and internal project managers; maintain agency relationships to efficiently recruit, contract manage, and onboard staff. /li liProvide effective resource management for external and/or internal reports. /li liOwn KPIs for project portfolio. /li liSupport VCM organization in planning, delivering, and prioritizing projects and programs. /li liDemonstrate role agility from leading direct team to leading projects/programs. /li liEffectively and efficiently lead/facilitate highly visible and strategic issue management while defining and holding boundaries and driving accountability. /li liDrive on time/on budget/on scope delivery of projects programs across the portfolio. /li liCollaborate with peer PPL’s to maintain a standard approach to tools, systems, metrics and communication across the entire VCM PMO portfolio. /li liBuild strong cross‑functional partnerships and trust across IMSC, Commercial and the DPDS (RD) Organizations. /li liContinuously identify improvements, challenge status‑quo, drive innovation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liA Bachelor's degree (or University equivalent). /li liA minimum of 8 years related experience and a consistent track record leading outcomes for complex projects across the drug product lifecycle. /li liStrong leadership and people management skills. /li liExpertise in project and program management principles. /li liDemonstrated ability to analyze data, improve business processes, and communicate with senior leaders. /li liHighly self‑directed, with a focus on delivering high‑quality results on time and within scope. /li liExperience/exposure to one or several of the following areas is required: launch management, tech transfer, manufacturing, planning, operations, or procurement. /li liExperience in leading/mentoring people. /li liStrong Business and Financial Acumen. /li liCapability of leading/supervising multiple projects at the same time. /li liExperience with process ownership and business system deployment. /li liStrong track record of communication, stakeholder management, negotiating solutions, and change management at all levels in the organization. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liCertification in Project Management. /li liMultiple supply chain pillar experience. /li liA degree in supply chain, engineering, logistics, operations or project management. /li liFPX Certification. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
