Job Description
The Middle Officer – Business Development, Partnerships & Enrollment Enablement plays a key role in driving institutional growth by developing high-value partnerships, generating fundraising opportunities, and supporting enrollment through strategic relationship management.
The position acts as a bridge between external stakeholders (companies, brands, families) and internal teams, contributing to revenue-related objectives while reinforcing the school's educational mission and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with companies and brands, transforming relationships into long-term value and measurable impact.
Design and execute sponsorship and donorship programs aligned with institutional priorities, with a results-oriented and performance-driven approach.
Conduct market and stakeholder analysis to identify new partnership and growth opportunities.
Lead partner activation initiatives, experiential projects, and co-branded activities targeting the school's parent community.
Fundraising & Value Creation
Promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including scholarships and inclusion programs, positioning them as value-driven investment opportunities.
Contribute to fundraising pipelines, monitoring objectives, progress, and outcomes in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Enrollment Enablement & Relationship Management
Actively support admissions activities by engaging with prospective families during school visits and events.
Provide consultative guidance, helping families understand the value proposition of the educational project and supporting informed enrollment decisions.
Strengthen trust-based relationships that positively influence conversion and long-term engagement.
Project Monitoring & Communication
Ensure structured monitoring, reporting, and storytelling of partnership and fundraising projects.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications to amplify impact, visibility, and brand value.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Reports to the Admissions & Marketing Director for sponsorship and fundraising activities, and works functionally with the Admissions team for enrollment support.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing & Communications, Academic Leadership, Fundraising & Development, Events, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills/Abilities
Background in business development, partnerships, fundraising, CSR, or related fields.
Strong relationship-building skills with both B2B stakeholders and families (B2C).
Solid project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Understanding of brand positioning, value propositions, and organizational dynamics.
Ideal Profile
