What you will do
As Finance Controller Intern you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. Specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:
* Contribute to financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly and annual closings.
* Prepare comprehensive reports for distribution to headquarters and subsidiary leadership.
* Track and analyze company expenditures, comparing actual costs to budgeted figures and identifying areas for cost optimization.
* Assist in monitoring and managing operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditure budgets.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes by developing financial reports and conducting variance analysis to drive performance improvements.
What you need to succeed
* Student or graduate in Economics, Management Engineering, Accounting or similar fields
* Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot, macro)
