Here, you’ll be a creative force, shaping products that empower people across the globe. /p pJoin us on this journey to redefine resource management—and change lives along the way. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a Community Manager at Air Apps, you will be responsible for building, growing, and engaging our user community across forums, social media, and user groups. You will foster a positive and inclusive environment, facilitate discussions, and create strategies to keep users engaged and connected to our brand. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for community engagement to enhance user experience, increase brand loyalty, and strengthen our community presence. /p ul liThis is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and support user communities. /li liManage and moderate forums, social media groups, and user discussion platforms. /li liEngage with users by responding to questions, moderating discussions, and fostering positive interactions. /li liOrganize and promote community events, webinars, and QA sessions. /li liCollaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience. /li liMonitor and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize strategies. /li liIdentify and activate brand advocates, ambassadors, and superusers. /li liStay up to date with community management trends, tools, and best practices. /li liDevelop and maintain community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and welcoming space. /li liAddress user concerns and elevate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAround 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer engagement. /li liExperience managing online communities, forums, or social media groups (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Slack, or custom platforms). /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire users. /li liExperience with community‑building tools and analytics platforms. /li liAbility to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts, and enforce community guidelines. /li liExperience planning and executing community‑driven events or initiatives. /li liPassion for building meaningful relationships and fostering brand loyalty. /li liAbility to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly. /li liExperience in fast‑paced digital environments with a user‑centric mindset. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liApple hardware ecosystem for work. /li liAnnual Bonus. /li liTop‑tier Health and Life Insurance. /li liTransportation Budget. /li liCoverflex benefits package for meal allowances, well‑being, and more. /li liChildcare support. /li liAir Conference – an opportunity to meet the team, collaborate, and grow together. /li liPension Fund. /li liUrban Sports Club membership. /li liMeals 100% free at the hub. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pAt Air Apps, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
