THE TEAM
Our Italian Marketing team is focused on building brand awareness, consideration and demand in a dynamic and competitive market. Working closely with creative and media agencies, as well as cross-functional teams across Europe, we deliver bold, effective campaigns that connect with customers and bring our brand to life locally.
THE ROLE
As Marketing Campaign Manager for Italy, you’ll lead the strategy, planning and delivery of marketing activity across above-the-line, social and owned channels. You’ll shape how easyJet shows up in the Italian market, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, creatively strong and commercially effective.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Europe, including Media Investment, Trading, CRM and Data Analytics, as well as local agencies, to deliver a fully integrated marketing approach. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, responding to market trends and driving performance through a full-funnel strategy.
3. Lead the development and execution of the Italian marketing strategy aligned to the core brand
4. Deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social and owned channels
5. Partner with creative and media agencies to produce compelling, market-relevant campaigns
6. Manage media planning and investment to maximise return against brand and commercial targets
7. Translate trading priorities into clear, effective marketing actions
8. Use data and insights across brand, CRM, ecommerce and media to optimise performance
9. Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to drive repeat bookings
10. Ensure consistent and coherent messaging across all channels
11. Manage local marketing budgets and financial processes
12. Maintain strong internal communication across teams and stakeholders
