As an IT Support Engineer, you'll work with remote and on-site colleagues to support them with any issues. You'll use your expertise to make sure our platforms are working at their best, often implementing projects to maintain or improve our IT infrastructure. In some cases, you may also help design the infrastructure for new buildings and make sure everything is working for the site launch. You'll also spend time training and mentoring your colleagues, giving you the opportunity to see your team develop and your career grow. /p h3About the team /h3 pOps Tech Solutions (OTS) is the field IT organization responsible for first level troubleshoot of IT issues in our FCs, distribution centers and other sites. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent /li liExperience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment /li liExperience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation /li liExperience in IT client, server, and network service delivery /li liExperience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP) /li liExperience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting /li liExperience working with windows server technologies /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications /li liExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment /li liExperience in a fast paced, dynamic organization /li liExperience in customer-facing roles /li liExperience of working with common network and internet protocols such as, network management protocols, network communication protocols and network security protocols /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
