Senior Project Manager - HV Service Transmission and Distribution
About the Role
Location Italy Bergamo Stezzano Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Service Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day For our Stezzano (BG) office we are looking for 2 Senior Project Managers (one for products and one for systems) who you will be responsible for the correct management order about Service relating to HV system to meet customer expectations in term of quality and reliability, in line with Siemens-Energy business strategy. You must ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results. The role exemplifies our values through their daily activity, focusing on customer success, innovation, and crafting a positive team environment. How You’ll Make an Impact Main tasks common to both roles are:
1. Handle, according to the agreed baseline, the tasks required to achieve the project goals.
2. Define, lead and coordinate the organization of team resources and external suppliers
3. Enable, if necessary, the level of customer concern appropriate in order to tackle critical aspects.
4. Interface all the business involved in the project.
Additional to that activities the Project Manager for product will also
5. Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities preparatory to the activities related to spare parts management for sale, repairs in the workshop and construction site activities.
6. Management Non-Conformity of product in accordance with internal Quality.
7. Support the person responsible for analyzing equipment failures.
Instead the Project Manager for System will be in charge of
8. Handle the economic and financial aspects of the project with the support of the finance counterpart.
9. Preparation and management of EHS aspects for construction site entrances.
What You Bring
10. 8- 10 years of work experience in a similar role or as a Project Manager pr Product Manager.
11. Specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage, about Electrical Substations and products
12. An academic back ground in technical fields (both a degree or a high school diploma) is preferred.
13. Proficiency in using project management tools.
14. Proficiency level of written and spoken Italian and English.
15. Availability for national business trips (1 or 2 days per week)
16. Ability to effectively connect with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers.
17. Able to negotiate with partners to reach agreements and resolve conflicts, ensuring that project objectives are aligned with customer expectations.
18. Adaptability to different plants and site environments, with good empathy and interpersonal skills to lead and understand the different personalities that may be encountered during activities (customers, suppliers and technicians).
