RINA is currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to join its offices in Genoa, Milan, Rome, or Bari, Italy, within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.
Mission
We are seeking a Public Procurement Lawyer - Infrastructure to join our offices in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, Italy. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our Inspection body, which operates according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. Learn more about our commitment here:
Key Accountabilities
* Supervise the execution of service contracts with public administrations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Oversee the compliance of corporate operational and organizational models, contributing to the development and updating of internal procedures in collaboration with other functions.
* Conduct inspections based on project documentation, especially tender specifications and contract outlines.
* Manage contacts and maintain relationships with public and private clients.
* Ensure accurate data entry into RINA systems in accordance with procedures.
* Execute activities following the RINA Quality Management System for inspections.
* Adhere to HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
* Be aware of the quality of your work and its impact on service delivery, contributing to QMS improvements.
* Manage direct communication with customers, suppliers, and field personnel.
Education
Master’s Degree in Law
Qualifications
* Experience with private and public stakeholders in construction is essential. #LI-MC1
* Expertise in inspection practices per UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard.
* Background in administrative law and public contracts is desirable.
* Registration in the relevant professional register is mandatory.
* At least 3 years of professional experience required.
* Additional competencies include promoting sustainable development, managing emotions, pioneering change, building networks, making effective decisions, understanding different perspectives, thinking forward, client intimacy, and earning trust.
