Quick Turn Engine Center Europe (QT ECE) è alla ricerca di un Repair Engineer da inserire all'interno del reparto Component & Repair Engineering, a supporto dello sviluppo e del rafforzamento delle nostre capability tecniche in ambito MRO.
Attività chiave:
* Sviluppo e industrializzazione di nuovi processi di riparazione
* Gestione e produzione della documentazione tecnica di repair
* Prototipazione e sviluppo di tooling dedicato per l'esecuzione delle riparazioni
* Interfaccia tecnica con OEM e attività di source substantiation
* Ottimizzazione di processi speciali (thermal spray, brazing, trattamenti termici)
* Espansione strategica delle capability
Profilo:
* Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, dei Materiali o equivalente.
* Diploma di Perito Tecnico (meccanico/aeronautico) con comprovata esperienza nel settore aerospace/MRO
Conoscenze/Competenze:
* Conoscenze di base di meccanica applicata e tecnologia dei materiali
* Capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico
* Conoscenza dei principali processi produttivi e di riparazione meccanica
* Familiarità con manualistica tecnica e documentazione strutturata
* Comprensione dei principi di tolleranze, accoppiamenti e controlli dimensionali
* Conoscenza base dei processi di saldatura (TIG, MIG, brasatura) e dei principi metallurgici correlati
* Conoscenza di base dei trattamenti termici e superficiali
* Familiarità con ambienti regolamentati (preferibile aerospace/MRO).
Competenze Fondamentali
* Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B2
* Padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Familiarità con Microsoft Teams e strumenti di collaborazione digitale
* Capacità di lavorare in modo strutturato e organizzato
* Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
Nice to have:
* Esperienza pregressa in ambiente aerospace o MRO
* Familiarità con sistemi ERP/MES

Profile:
* Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Mechanical, Materials or equivalent.
* Technical diploma (Mechanical / Aeronautical) with proven experience in the aerospace or MRO sector
Skills/Competencies:
* Solid understanding of applied mechanics and materials technology
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical repair processes
* Familiarity with structured technical documentation
* Understanding of tolerances, fits, and dimensional inspection principles
* Basic knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, brazing) and related metallurgical principles
* Basic knowledge of heat and surface treatments
* Familiarity with regulated environments (aerospace/MRO preferred)
Essential Skills:
* English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and digital collaboration tools
* Structured and organized working approach
* Accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in aerospace or MRO environments
* Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
