Experteer OverviewIn this role, you provide legal support to the Group's functions, focusing on drafting and negotiating key commercial contracts in the industrial/plant engineering sector. You will work within the Legal Area at Group Holding, collaborating with engineering, procurement, finance, risk, HSE, and other teams. Your work shapes contracts, opinions, and litigation management to support top management and business functions. This opportunity offers exposure to complex projects and cross-functional coordination in a sustainability-minded, multinational environment.Retribuzione / BenefitsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (EPC, turnkey, engineering/consultancy, and O&M contracts)Coordinate input from multiple company functions during drafting and negotiation (engineering, procurement, project management, finance & tax, risk, HSE, insurance, BD, sales)Provide legal opinions on regulatory interpretation and feasibility/enforceability of transactionsManage pre-litigation and litigation (judicial and arbitral) involving clients, suppliers, and third partiesResponsabilitàLaw degreeBar admission in EU Member State, United Kingdom, or United States preferredAt least 5 years of post‐graduate experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in industrial/plant engineering sectorsExcellent command of Italian and English; third language preferredStrong personal authority and ability to build credibility with colleagues, management, and external stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple matters simultaneously and set prioritiesFlexible, pragmatic, solution-oriented in a changing environment
