PFondamenta is looking for a BIM LEAD to join us in Milan. This dynamic role provides technical support to the studio’s architects to inform their delivery of projects using design technology authoring tools. /ppThe BIM Lead works closely with project teams to identify project-specific needs and deliver data-driven design technology solutions accordingly. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliTake responsibility for high-quality, well-structured BIM models, data, reports, documentation, and drawings that comply with high quality FONDAMENTA BIM standards. /liliEnsure adherence to FONDAMENTA BIM workflows, standards, and procedures across projects, communicating them effectively to teams. /liliManage BIM project data sets, ensuring consistency, integrity, and technical excellence. /liliMentor and upskill team members, promoting best practices in design systems and engineering workflows, according to FONDAMENTA standards. /liliManaging multiple BIM project deliverables at the same time. /liliDeveloping and improving BEPs. /liliSupport teams with complex and parametric BIM Family creation and Script. /li /ulpbQualities Skills Required /b /pulliFour-plus years’ experience working in an architectural design and project delivery environment, delivering complex, large-scale projects using BIM principles and deliverables, preferably as BIM coordinator / BIM project Manager. /liliProven ability to lead BIM teams on large-scale projects. /liliExtensive experience using Revit and Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection. /liliKnowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam. /liliExperience with data-driven approaches and analytics. /liliFluent in English– spoken and written proficiency. /liliItalian – Medium level but willing to learn quickly /liliResilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while always remaining calm and professional. /liliAble to effectively communicate complex technical strategies to a range of people at different levels within the business. /liliSelf-motivated with an aptitude for autonomous work and continuous development. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliDegree in Architecture, or Architectural Technology (or equivalent). /liliYou are permitted to work in ITA (Work VISA / EU passport or residence). /li /ulpbWhat We Offer /b /pulliA competitive salary commensurate with experience, and additional benefits. /liliThe opportunity to work on exciting international projects. /liliA collaborative and supportive work environment in our office in Milan. /liliCareer growth and development opportunities in the construction field. /li /ulpbApplication Process /b /ppThe selected candidate is expected to start as soon as possible.
